The hotel had a great location near the center of town and was in close proximity to the border to Hungary. the restaurant had good food and was definitely one of the best aspects of my stay. I also appreciated the warm and cozy atmosphere in the lobby.
My experience during my Christmas stay was a total disaster. the hotel was under construction and I had trouble with the key to my room.

the room was well, maintained and cozy, with quiet surroundings and easy access to the city center. the breakfast was delightful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated having a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the hotel has modern facilities, and we particularly enjoyed the air conditioning and fridge in the room.

My stay was satisfying despite the hiccups we encountered. The breakfast was decent and satisfying. The place is situated in the heart of the city near interesting places to explore that is incredibly convenient for anyone looking to explore the city. the room amenities provided were decent with a TV, fridge, and air-conditioning.
The lack of communication was appalling. When we arrived, there was no one to receive us and the whole building was locked up.
